All the documented Eras has always shown that Africa as a continent is always left behind and trying to catch up on the industrial revolution. Does this mean Africa will once again be left behind in the 4th industrial revolution?
So far africa has been left far behind, The paperprint of the 20th century shows that Africa is very far behind in the fourth industrial revolution.
But artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain are also attracting interest in Africa, as they have the potential to successfully address social and economic challenges there. And there are so many other areas in which 4IR technology can be transformational.
