An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lubricator at I&J, Cape Town Fishing, Waterfront, Cape Town. The purpose of this role is to conduct greasing of all upper deck machinery, as per the lubrication charts for the respective machinery.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a Mechanical Engineering environment
- Experience working with Engineering Tools executing semi-skilled planned maintenance tasks, and implementing the typical industry Safety Procedures
- Experience working with Lubricants or in a Lubrication environment
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / NQF Equivalent
- N1 / N2 Engineering Qualification would be advantageous
Additional Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of lubricants and the lubrication processes
- Basic knowledge of winches and vessel specific equipment
- Basic Engineering (Mechanical) technical knowledge
- Knowledge in the use of portable equipment, (Mechanical, Electrical and Pneumatic)
