Requirements:
- Grade 12
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Create job cards
- Create Pro-forma invoices for job cards
- Create orders of external vendors on job cards
- Deposit daily bank
- Communication
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES:
- Basic knowledge of workshop administration
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Exposure to Equip/Unite computer system will be an added advantage
- Understanding of parts and maintenance items to be ordered
